Audio you generate and download with our tool is yours. You may use it in personal and commercial projects, including monetised videos, streams and released music, with no royalty owed to us and no attribution required. You may not resell the tool itself or present Musicmp3 as your own product or sample pack service.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not use automated systems to scrape or copy the site at scale.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful content.
• Do not remove copyright or proprietary notices from our code or design.

4. Intellectual property

All site content other than user-generated audio — including the code, layout, text, logo and design — is owned by Musicmp3 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Advertising
